Road Skills

Once you're happy with the basics we'll be learning about dealing with the things we'll come across everytime we're out driving. You'll be confident with using the MSM routine by now and we'll have been driving in traffic for while by now with me helping you so when we learn about road skills you'll already have a good idea of what we're doing even before the lesson starts - particularly if you've taken the time to ready my tutorials.

In this section I'll introduce you to turning from a main road into a minor road and how to deal with T junctions. Once we've had plenty of practise at these and you're ready we'll look at other common situations such as crossroads, pedestrian crossings and when you're confident with all of them we'll be spending a couple of lessons dealing with roundabouts.

When we've dealt with all of these your skills be well advanced and it will be time to look at how we deal with other road users and the situations we'll encounter them in - Go the Traffic Skills section to learn more about these lessons.
